Zach Pascal Won't Be Joining The Eagles Again
According to a report by NFL insider Mike Garafolo, Zach Pascal is leaving the Philadelphia Eagles to sign a two-year deal with the Arizona Cardinals.
Pascal meets up with Jonathan Gannon, the current head coach of the Cardinals and a former defensive coordinator for the Eagles.
This departure is a little unexpected. Pascal is very beloved by Nick Sirianni, and it appeared that the Birds could acquire him for a low price.
Pascal was by no means a standout, but not every player on the roster will make the Pro Bowl.
He was a competent option as the fourth wide receiver behind A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Quez Watkins. Organizations need players to fill up smaller roles.
To replace Pascal, the Eagles will need to locate a different player. They might come upon a seasoned free agent who can be secured for a reasonable price.
