Cowboys Announce Medical Decision On Dak Prescott © Image:msn
Without their starting quarterback Dak Prescott playing for five weeks, the Dallas Cowboys performed about as well as could be predicted.
Prescott has been given the all-clear from a medical standpoint to return to the field, the Cowboys said in a statement.
"According to #Cowboys HC Mike McCarthy, Dak Prescott (thumb fracture) has received a medical clearance to play.
At practise tomorrow, anticipate him to throw 40–50 passes "Reporter Jane Slater for the Cowboys stated.
For Prescott, who will be playing against one of the NFL's weakest defences this weekend, the news couldn't have come at a better time.
Dallas welcomes the Detroit Lions, who have allowed more than 30 points a game this year.
As seven-point favourites going into the game, Prescott and company.
